For those days that you just need a simple but delicious cake in your life, I have created my Signature Cakes collection which have a pre-set design and flavour profile.
All my cakes are made from scratch and by order only in order to maintain a high quality, and I pride myself on only using the best ingredients like real vanilla bean paste and high fat-content butters.
Trust me – you will be able to taste the difference!

All my Signature cakes have four layers of cake paired with three layers of buttercreams and fillings. Just pick your size and flavour and contact me for additional information & booking. Please note all cakes below are shown in the 6" size.
Signature
Chocolate
An especially delicate, fudgy cake with a rich chocolate flavour.
Paired with layers of chocolate buttercream, chocolate ganache, and an ooey gooey chocolate drip.
A moist, perfectly spiced cake with fine-grated carrots and pecans that melt in your mouth!
Paired with a delicious cream cheese buttercream perfectly balanced between tangy and sweet.

Lemon Blueberry: vanilla cake with layers of blueberry whipped cream and lemon cream cheese buttercream

Ferrero Rocher: A Ferrero Rocher inspired chocolate sponge cake with chocolate swiss meringue buttercream & chocolate praline crunch layers.

Strawberries & Cream: a light and airy vanilla cake that is infused with strawberry puree and chopped strawberries. Paired with layers of strawberry whipped cream and strawberry cream cheese buttercream.

Pina Colada: coconut cake made with coconut milk, glazed pineapple filling, coconut cream cheese whipped cream buttercream, and pineapple cream cheese buttercream.
